One app to run your whole club.
Registration, payments, schedules, game film and highlights, in one app. Replace the stack of apps your club pays for today.
Built for every sport, starting with volleyball.
- Payments by Stripe
- Video private to your club
- Parents control consent
One flat price instead of a pile of subscriptions
Replace six apps with one, for $1,000 a year.
Most clubs pay separately for registration, scheduling, film, a website and a merch vendor, and film software alone can run hundreds of dollars per team. Crowning Sports covers up to 8 teams for $1,000 a year, with everything included. Families get one login, and directors stop copying data between systems.
Crowning Sports
One app and one login for directors, coaches, players and families.
- Registration, dues & payment plans
- Schedules, RSVPs & messaging
- Phone-based game film
- AI stats for every player
- Highlights sent to families
- Club website & team store
How it works
Four things, done in one place
Run the club, film every game, wow the families, and raise money with a store. Because it's one app, nothing has to be entered twice.
16U Gold · Fall dues On track
Registration, dues, schedules and chat.
Families sign up and pay online, everyone sees the same calendar, and team chat replaces the group texts.
One phone. Every rally. Every stat.
Set a phone on a stand and press record. No camera gear and no stat keeper. Stats for every player come back automatically.
New highlight for Maya 2 min ago
Highlights before they leave the gym.
Every player's best plays land on their family's phones within minutes. Coming soon: parents add names, graphics and music to make shareable reels, and a season of stats and video becomes a recruiting profile.
Club hoodie · Navy Live in your store
Spirit wear that raises money while you sleep.
Add products to your club's website in minutes. Everything is printed on demand and shipped straight to families, so there's no inventory and the store never closes. You set the price; we keep 10% and your club earns the rest.
Game film, made easy
Every rally, every stat, every highlight. Automatically.
Game film used to take a camera, an editor and a parent with a clipboard. Now it takes one phone and four simple steps.
Record
A phone on a stand records the whole match.
Tap
Parents tap one button when something great happens. That's it: no stat keeping, no video editing.
We do the rest
AI finds every rally, cuts the clips and works out each player's stats.
Share
Clips and stat lines go straight to each player's family.
Highlights are instant. Full stats are ready by the next morning. Want stats minutes after every set? Add Live Stats.
One app, every screen
An app for families. A full portal for directors.
Parents, players and coaches use it on their phones. Club directors and treasurers do the heavy lifting on a desktop. Same account, same data.
On the phone
For families, players and coaches: schedules and RSVPs, payments, team chat, recording games and every highlight.
On the desktop
For directors and treasurers: seasons and registration, the club calendar and gyms, money and reports, and your website and store.
Pricing
One plan. Everything included.
No per-feature upsells and no per-family charges. Families only pay a fee when they choose to pay online.
Club plan
$1,000/year
Up to 8 teams · $100 per extra team · or $100/month on an annual plan
- Registration, dues and payment plans
- Schedules, RSVPs and team chat
- Game film, highlights and next-morning stats
- Your club website and team store
Cash and checks are always free. Online payments carry a small 1.5% fee that your club can pass on to families, and the team store keeps 10% of each sale so your club earns the rest, with nothing to stock.
Who's building this
Built by sports parents with 30 years in tech.
We were juggling four apps just to keep up with a club season: one for schedules, one for team messages, one for club fees and one for travel. So we put three decades of building software into the one app we wanted as parents.
Compare
Club apps do the admin. Film apps do the video. We do both.
Clubs usually pay for a club management app and a separate film and stats app, and the two never talk to each other.
